Charges
- Studio boy/Light boy charges @₹100/hr extra.
- Electricity charges @₹22/unit will be charged extra if heavy
photo/video lights are used or power consuming props such as heavy chandeliers are brought and used. - Paper backdrops are chargeable @₹800 for every 2 metres of paper on the floor when used without protective acrylic sheet
- 18% GST as applicable on the above charges.
- Parking charges for Vanity vans is chargeable by the society @ ₹7000/day.
- Electricity will be chargeable @ ₹22/unit for heavy duty lights such as Profoto, Broncolor, HMIs, Kino, Dino or LED Video lights of powers exceeding 300W and Photo Strobe lights of power exceeding 600W.
- 1 x Helper is available at additional cost of ₹100/hr. Lunch time of 30 minutes between 1pm to 4pm and dinner time of 30 mins between 8pm to 10pm should be given to him. This time is calculated within his booking time.
- Charges are subject to change without prior notice. Contact us for a package deal for more than 2 consecutive days of shoot.
Studio Policies
- The rental timing will start from the booking time declared by the client and not the actual time when the shoot starts.
- Rental time ends when the last person from the crew walks out of the studio. Please schedule your shoot, dinner, card back ups and pack up of the equipment accordingly.
- 50% amount to be paid as booking amount. Balance amount needs to be paid as soon as the client enters the studio premises.
- A crew size of 15-20 people including all artists can be accommodated.
- A maximum of 30 minutes can be considered as grace period. Beyond which a full hour charge will be applied.
- Extension of time slot is subject to availability.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio premises.
- Consumption of liquor and any other prohibited substances is strictly not allowed.
- The client is responsible for their equipment and properties, the studio is not responsible for any damaged/missing
goods. - The client will be responsible for any damage made to the
studio property regardless of who has damaged the
property/props from the crew. This includes furniture, walls, props, and all other amenities. - Any changes made to the original layout of the set should be
rearranged back to its place. Note: Rearranging time is
included in the time slot. - Kindly maintain basic hygiene and cleanliness. Usage of any
liquids, powders, color bombs, spray paints, etc. is strictly
prohibited. - The studio will have complete discretion with regard to the fines and
damage costs.
